Random thoughts.....

Well...let's see. Today Carlie was supposed to have two baby teeth pulled at the dentist. Her adult teeth are really big (like mine) and she just doesn't have room for them. Her baby teeth are packed in there!! She was all excited about the Tooth Fairy coming tonight and paying her for TWO teeth! That was, until Dr. Cummings used the word "shot". She was fine with "injection". But once he dropped that bomb, she was outta there! She shut her mouth as tight as possible and popped up out of that chair in the blink of an eye! Needless to say, we didn't get the teeth pulled. Once she was up there was no going back. Maybe we will try again in a few weeks....when Britt will take her! Maybe we will just wait for braces!!!
Tomorrow Carlie is going with her friend Gillian to the Atlanta Aquarium and Coca Cola. Cam is fighting mad. We have just reached the point where they do their own things with their own friends. It's been quite a transition. But Cam is gone ALL the time with Justin. Carlie hardly ever goes anywhere!
Oh yeah! Last week we were in Target and Cam wanted his Halloween costume. I wouldn't buy it because I had a TON of other stuff more pertinent that a flipping costume. And Halloween was still more than three weeks away! He got mad and said "I wish this country wasn't going out of business!!!" I cracked up! He has been listening to Britt and me talk about the economy. Isn't it funny how kids view things?
