I joked tonight to some friends of mine that I was going to blog about my Facebook page. Simply because they...ahem...he, (love you Nan) makes fun of "a 30 year old with a Facebook page". I've tried to explain my reasoning for having it, but trust me folks, there is NO winning this argument. Or ANY argument for that matter!
So here goes.....
Last week I broke down and created a Facebook page. I had resisted MySpace. Up until now Facebook as well. I'm not even sure what prompted my creation of my page. I just decided to do it. I actually like it. I've been able to talk to my cousin Layla at med school and my friend Lindsey. Yes I realized, (aforementioned friend) that I can pick up the phone and call them. But I can't see them. With Facebook I can see pictures of their kids and find out where they live, who they married, etc. I don't even have to talk to them.
I guess Facebook is every nosy person's dream. I'm sure Facebook will lose it's luster for me soon. Right now though I'm still finding people and figuring out what they are doing! You know, being nosy! : ) So it's fascinating! Well....since this is for you two I'll say it's FABULOUS!

I'm so glad you decided to come over to the dark side. It really is fun to see everyone's pictures. I tell people all the time that is the main reason I like it. I like when everyone is in bed and pm's haven't kicked in yet(Ha Ha), I can chat with old friends without having to call. So glad you decided to join us.
